The food is delicious, there's a great variety including good vegetarian food. The atmosphere and ambience is delightful, and the prices are reasonable. This is a place at which I want to spend more time.

A very comfortable place with prompt and courteous service. Such a nice warm casual setting in a most pleasant evironment...and did l mention the food is great and priced reasonably. The craft beers are also priced spot on.

Beautiful place to marvel at the different plants, home and garden decor. Definitely loved the bistro. Will be going back for the turkey and ham club sandwich

The Garden Center is clean, bright, and full of beautiful healthy plants. If you are looking to learn more about plants and get hands on definitely check out the workshops. Excellent customer service, staff goes above and beyond. They care about their plants and want to see you succeed in keeping yours happy and healthy. I love looking through the decor, clothing, and seasonal items in the store. Store is beautifully displayed.The atmosphere at the bistro is lovely. Menu is kept up to date with delicious seasonal dishes. Organic and gluten free options available. They do serve wine and beer. Menu prices are reasonable, food is excellent. Be sure to check out events and specials. My favorite thing to eat here is the Locally Raised Highland Beef Burger (with bacon and cheese added of course).

Great food and over the top customer service! My friend has to have gluten free, dairy free foods. Our server was exceptional!! She listened to her needs and if she didn't know if a dish (she mostly did though) would fit her needs went back and found out! I will be recommending 36th street Bistro to everyone!

One of my favorite places to meet girlfriends. Good food, wine and coffee and then browse their wonderful gifts and garden. You will leave inspired!

Went there with my girl friends, excellent food. Small Cafe atmosphere, attached to a garden shop. It is a must for spring.

Service started out a little Rocky, but was more than made up for by the end. Food was clean, whole, and from scratch. Overall, yummmm!

The burger, although well done to my wife’s request as we split it, was excellent. Better than most. $12. But... you need to try it. And add bacon. With a cup of soup, it was a great late lunch on a Friday afternoon. The food was all served at an appropriate temperature. Nothing was sent back on temp. I do not like food that is served cold. They passed the test! The restaurant was moderately busy. And the service was excellent. The restaurant was clean. Everything was above par. I refined this establishment.

3rd year running that I have taken my wife here on Mother's Day and this last year took my mom too. They love it! Great food, great atmosphere, just make sure to make your reservation literally a month or more in advance for Mother's Day, they fill up fast!

Excellent food choices, certainly healthier than average American cuisine. Service could use some improvement. The staff is cordial and friendly enough but their timing is poor. They do not read their customer's needs very well and make frequent conversation interruptions.

Small, simple restaurant tucked behind the garden center. Menu doesn't change much, but doesn't need to! Good organic and GF options on it. Beer and wine available. Lovely outdoor seating area in the warm months.

We passed a pleasant evening in June on the outside patio with the sound of cascading fountain water playing in the background. Food was tasty, nice variety of entrees and desserts, and good service. When weather is too hot or cold, seating is available in the light and airy interior. The adjacent garden store, when open, provides interesting browsing before or after a meal.

I’ve been coming here often for about 9 years. The food is fantastic. The environment is fantastic. The customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced in my life. I always tell people BEFORE I bring them with me: it is about the food and the ambiance. The wait times are long because the staff ignores you, doesn’t check on you, etc. I love this place but schedule an additional 45 minutes to your meal time to accommodate being forgotten or ignored. I’ve had everything on the menus and it has all been exquisite. There is literally nothing otherwise disappointing about this place. I wish they would expand their hours, their menu like it was years ago, and properly train their staff.

This is one of my favorite places to eat in Boise. Great relaxing spot with good fresh food. Then after eating, a little stroll about the wonderful shop is fun. My friends and I eat here periodically. In the summer sitting outside by the fountain is quite lovely.

Always a great place to go for lunch or dinner when u just don't know where to go in Boise. Every item is delicious, especially the soups and desserts. Service perfect. The shopping area is great this time of year, very unique stuff.

Finally! Living in Boise for years, I was acquainted with this little gem.We sat in the patio which allowed us to enjoy the warm summer morning. I thoroughly enjoyed their Eggs Benedict with the balanced flavors in the home made hollandaise and enjoyed the dish to the last bite. Oh yeah... The accompanying potatoes were cooked perfectly and flavorful. I've not found... well... quite honestly... any restaurant around town where I have enjoyed a breakfast like this, this much. It reminded me of being back in Carmel. :-)We Will be back! 😊

Had a friend bring me here, I'd never heard of it. Pleasant surprise! Beautiful garden shop & atmosphere. Had lunch on the patio - very relaxing with the fountain splashing! Good food - had their trio, which allowed me to sample the soup, half sandwich & salad. All tasty and fresh. Great service too.

My daughters and I spent over an hour browsing in the gift shop and plant nursery before we went in to lunch. What a perfect day. Lunch was delicious and we found some bargains.

LOVED THE STEAK AND EGGS AS WELL AS THE SALMON FRITTATA! I’m actuallya big fan of their coffee Togo as well. I stop in during the week and get coffee to go a few times a week. There is never a line. Parking out by the carb is really easy regardless of what I’m driving.

They have good food, coffee, and wine selection. The only real downside is the price. Everything here is on the expensive side and it seems a bit high for a bistro. It would be nice if they had more affordable finger food or appetizers to have with a glass of wine or coffee. The staff is friendly and usually do a good job, but nothing over the top special. Sometimes getting their attention can be difficult for a refill on a water.Over all the food is what brings me in .the squash soup and burgers are absolutely amazing .

One of the best healthy food eateries in the Treasure Valley for sure. Every item on the menu has a special flair. Today we enjoyed watermelon mint soup, unique salads and even a portabella mushroom burger. Add to the excellent menu a garden type setting, great desserts, good service and a unique garden themed gift shop and you have a most delightful outing.

Great place for items to enhance your house interior or exterior. Also a very nice place to eat.

One of my favorite spots for brunch. I love the atmosphere and the quality of the food. I always get to try something new when I visit and I'm pleasantly surprised.
